Get out before the gate closes
DEADGATE is a multiplayer first-person extraction shooter set on an island under quarantine. There is a city, villages, an industrial zone, a military camp and a hospital, and the streets are full of zombies.
You go in solo or with a squad of up to four, always on a contract. Other squads are on the island too, each working their own job. You cannot leave through the quarantine gate before your job is done, and whatever you carry is only yours if you make it out alive.

Every raid is a contract
The contract sends you into the city, the loot makes you want to stay a little longer, and the clock keeps pushing you toward the exit.
Pick a contract
Region, difficulty and reward are on the table. Easy jobs pay little; hard ones send you into the heart of the city.
Risk your gear
You decide what to bring. Taking your best kit means accepting you might lose it.
Drop onto the island
The raid starts at 10:00. Zombies wander the streets, other squads are on the island and every shot is heard. The day keeps moving while you are inside.
Finish the job
Reach the objective and get it done. Only then does the exit gate unlock.
Get out before midnight
At midnight the island closes. Whoever fails to leave by the gate or the metro leaves everything behind.
The world is hostile
Zombies see you, hear you and chase you. If you don't hit the head, they stay up; take out a leg and they crawl after you. Nothing appears out of thin air behind you, so when you die you usually know what went wrong.
Noise is information
The moment you fire, nearby zombies turn toward the sound and the ones further out start walking your way. Other squads hear your gunfire too. Running is loud as well, so a suppressor, a knife or a longer route is often the better call.
Every raid is a bet
Your helmet, armor, backpack and weapon go onto the island with you, and if you die they stay there. A full backpack slows you down, so you keep weighing what to take and what to leave.
The clock is ticking
A raid lasts 42 minutes in real time. The sun goes down in the evening and the streets get dark at night. Checking 'just one more room' near the end is often what gets people killed.
An island under quarantine
Roughly 1.5 km² of island: a city of towers, an old valley town, villages, industry, a military camp and a hospital. Four quarantine gates and three metro entrances are the only ways out.
- Kule Şehri — the towers, narrow streets
- Vadi Şehri — apartment blocks, town square
- Devlet Hastanesi — state hospital, medical supplies
- Askeri Kamp — military camp, weapons and armor
- Batı Sanayi — west industrial, warehouses
- Kuzeybatı Köyü — northwest village, quiet
- KD Çiftliği — northeast farm, greenhouses
- Hurda Kampı — scrapyard
- Kapı 1-4 — gates 1-4, contract exit
- Metro A / B / C — emergency exit

The details of survival
The main systems we will test in the closed alpha.
Localized injuries
Head, torso, arms and legs are injured separately. Bleeding drains your blood reserve, and hunger and thirst never let go.
Noise
Gunfire, footsteps and breaking glass can all be heard. Nearby zombies come running; the ones further away walk toward the sound.
From sunset to midnight
One in-game day lasts 42 real minutes. The streets get dark in the evening and the island closes at midnight.
Two ways out
Finish your contract and leave through the quarantine gate, or hold out for the emergency exit at a metro entrance; each comes at a different price.
Weight and inventory
Helmet, armor, backpack and holster slots; a bigger backpack carries more, a heavier load slows you down.
Loot everywhere
You find gear in houses, shops, the hospital, the military camp and the trunks of abandoned cars. Where things spawn changes every raid.
